Root Beer Float Cookies By 'Recipezaar'

I love Root Beer and Cookies. Wow. Both together? Well, just one look at these beauties and I will have to try this recipe soon. I found this on 'Recipezaar.com'. Photo and recipe. Here's what they have to say.
